2. 如您从商家处发货至我司仓库，请务必提前沟通，尽量选择合适尺寸的包装箱进行打包。

3. 合理控制包装体积，可有效降低体积重量，从而节省运费成本。

⚠️ 如因外箱过大导致体积重量增加，相关费用将按实际计费重量收取，敬请理解。

📦 Important Notes

1. Our warehouse ships goods in their original cartons only. We do not open or replace outer cartons.

2. If your supplier ships goods to our warehouse, please communicate in advance and request suitable carton sizes for proper packing.

3. Optimizing packaging size can effectively reduce volumetric weight and save freight costs.

⚠️ Reminder

If oversized cartons result in increased volumetric weight, freight charges will be calculated based on the actual chargeable weight.

The free storage period for parcels remains unchanged at 30 days. Orders pending payment will have a free storage period of 15 days. After the expiration date, a storage fee of RM1 per parcel per day will be charged.

近期印尼线路由于海关连续红灯导致延期较为严重。因为货物需要先从韩国到新加坡转运至印尼，虽然货物需要经过3次海关检查（新加坡，巴淡岛，雅加达），但是可以降低被直接查验的风险，即使通关费有所上升我司也会维持原价，不做涨价。因为最近频繁红灯的缘故，运输实效会增加，系统更新会同步。请留意系统更新。请广大会员多多理解，我们也会尽量保证到货的速度。

Meskipun biaya bea cukai telah meningkat, kami akan tetap mempertahankan harga asli dan tidak akan menaikkan harga.
